TAC-PHS ONLINE AGREEMENTS

I understand that to earn a grade in an Online Class, I need to meet certain technology requirements in order to be successful and I must have my own personal computer

I must obtain Broadband Internet services and a personal email for communication purposes

I must participate and plan on budgeting at least 6 hours per week-spread over a minimum of 5 different days to read the lesson material from the instructor; know the assignment deadlines, and maintain a personal weekly folder of my completed assignments, quizzes, and test

I solely agree to pay tuition fees and other charges that may apply on or before payment due dates

I understand and agree that TAC-PHS may use my contact information, including my home or mobile phone numbers to notify me of any emergencies that may arise; service of account; as well as contacting me in regards to my enrollment understand and agree that I must adhere to all of the course time-frames and deadlines as described by all instructors described within its curriculum; course content; class schedule; faculty; training equipment; fees; and tuition rates as they see beneficial to me
